In order for members to know their own acceptable risk level and to use it as a factor in deciding on the right investment policy/investment plan in a provident fund, the SEC has required members to complete a risk assessment to determine suitability in choosing an investment policy/investment plan, and to review it every 2 years from the year it was last done
Members have 3 channels to choose to complete the risk assessment. They can choose any one of the following channels to complete the risk assessment:

Through the SCB PVD Online system:
www.scbam.com/pvd using the User /
Password provided (for members who have
already registered)
2. Through
the Mobile Application system: SCB
MyProvidentfund using the same User /
Password as SCB PVD Online (for members
who have already registered)
3. Through the fund committee by having members prepare a risk assessment form. >> Risk assessment for appropriateness of investment policy selection for members Complete the assessment and submit it to the Treasury Department, 3rd floor, Office of the President.
