Finance Division Drives Green University Initiative: Turning Used Paper into Circular Resources for Sustainability (SDGs)

The Finance Division, Office of the President, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, is moving forward with its sustainable resource management initiative. We have collected used office paper and documents—which have undergone secure data destruction—to enter the recycling process and be repurposed into circular materials.

This initiative is part of our commitment to driving the university toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on:

SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production – Reducing office waste through proper paper management and maximizing resource efficiency through recycling.

SDG 13: Climate Action – Recycling paper helps prevent deforestation, reduces greenhouse gas emissions from manufacturing new paper, and cuts down on landfill waste that produces methane gas.

The Finance Division remains dedicated to fostering environmental awareness and contributing to a sustainable, eco-friendly campus at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
