On February 1-2, 2025, the Treasury Division, Office of the President, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University organized a training program for the academic service project, "Professional Secretariat Work Techniques", 2nd batch, at the Royal City Hotel (Pinklao), Bangkok, which received a lot of attention from the participants, including executives of government agencies, educational institutions, state enterprises, personnel of government agencies, general government agencies, local administrative organizations, and the general public who are interested in increasing their knowledge of secretariat work to meet standards and be in accordance with government regulations.

This training was organized to enhance understanding of the criteria for preparing correct official documents in accordance with secretariat work regulations and requirements of government agencies, as well as to develop skills in drafting, editing, and managing documents effectively, which will help document operations in various agencies run smoothly, reduce errors, and increase work efficiency.

This project is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Goal 16, which focuses on building a peaceful, just society with strong institutions. The training will help raise the standards of government administration, promote transparency in operations, and increase the capabilities of personnel to perform their duties effectively, which will lead to the development of an efficient government administration mechanism that is trusted by the public.

This training not only helps to increase knowledge in clerical work for the participants, but also plays an important role in developing professional skills for government personnel, strengthening the standards of official document work, and promoting a quality clerical work system that complies with the principles of good governance, which is an important factor in driving public administration towards sustainability.
