The Finance Division, Office of the President, Joins the University Personnel Meeting to Drive a Unified Direction for Fiscal Year 2026

The Finance Division, Office of the President, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the university personnel meeting held to communicate policies and guidelines on human resource management for Fiscal Year 2026. The meeting took place at the Health and Sports Center Building, 4th Floor, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, with the objective of fostering shared understanding and strengthening organizational alignment in driving the university’s mission in a systematic and sustainable manner.

On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Ruedech Koedwichai, Chairman of the University Council, delivered a policy address under the concept “Suan Sunandha’s New Paradigm: From KPI to OKR,” emphasizing a results-oriented approach to performance management that aligns personnel efforts with the university’s strategic goals.

In addition, Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Srivibul, President of the University, presented the operational direction and strategic adjustments aimed at enhancing institutional readiness and resilience in response to future challenges.

The meeting also featured special lectures focusing on academic excellence and organizational performance. Assistant Professor Dr. Nattapat Kaewrattanapat delivered a lecture on enhancing learning experiences through professional standards to develop a high-quality workforce, while Associate Professor Dr. Witthaya Mekkam addressed the transition from traditional performance indicators to OKRs as a key mechanism for advancing the university’s ranking and competitiveness.
