Finance Division, Office of the President Holds Preparation Meeting for Investment Budget Procurement (National Budget) for Fiscal Year 2027

On September 17, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the Procurement Section, Finance Division, Office of the President organized a preparation meeting for the investment budget procurement (national budget) for the fiscal year 2027 at the University Council Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31. Representatives from various faculties, offices, institutes, centers, and divisions attended the meeting.

The purpose of this meeting was to prepare and clarify the operational guidelines regarding the university's investment budget framework, which covers both durable articles (durable goods) and construction project items to be completed within the fiscal year.

The meeting concluded successfully, with participants actively discussing and aligning on standard operating procedures to ensure that the procurement process for the 2027 fiscal year remains accurate, transparent, and highly efficient.
