Pensioner Notification
The Comptroller General’s Department wishes to inform that, upon reviewing the pension disbursement made via Krungthai Bank on May 23, 2025, discrepancies were found in the process. Some pensioners received duplicate payments, while others have yet to receive their pension.
Krungthai Bank is currently prioritizing the transfer of funds to those who have not yet received their payments. For those who received duplicate payments, the bank will automatically retrieve the excess amount through its system. No action is required on your part.
Please note that the Comptroller General’s Department and Krungthai Bank will not make direct phone calls to pensioners.
If you receive a phone call requesting you to return the money, do not believe it and do not take any action.
