As
the Ministry of Finance has implemented
the Project for the Development of the
Electronic Withholding Tax Certificate
System (New GFMIS Thai e-Tax) in order
to enhance the New GFMIS Thai electronic
financial management system for the
public sector, the system is now able to
support the issuance of electronic
withholding tax certificates for
government agencies as well as vendors
or entitled recipients. It also supports
integration with the Revenue Department
for the submission of withholding tax
information.
The Comptroller
General’s Department has reviewed
the matter and, in order to achieve the
objectives of the project, has
prescribed the use of the electronic
withholding tax certificate (Form 4237),
as detailed in the attached
document.
