On December 21-22, 2024, the Treasury Department, Office of the President, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University organized an academic service project training course, "Improving skills in preparing official documents in accordance with regulations and training in drafting and editing official documents", 1st batch, at the Royal City Hotel (Pinklao), Bangkok, which received a lot of attention from the participants, including executives of government agencies, educational institutions, state enterprises, personnel of government agencies, general government agencies, local administrative organizations, and the general public who are interested in developing skills in writing official documents in accordance with the regulations of the secretariat.

The purpose of this training is to develop skills and enhance knowledge and understanding of preparing official documents in accordance with the regulations of the secretariat, including training in drafting and editing official documents to meet the same standards, which will help increase the efficiency of government document management to be systematic, transparent, and reduce errors in official document operations. It also promotes lifelong learning for personnel in various agencies, which will help improve the standards of government administration to be even more efficient.

This project is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Goal 4 on quality education, focusing on promoting lifelong learning. and develop necessary skills for government personnel and the general public to be able to work on official documents correctly, efficiently and with the same standards, which will help increase the efficiency of the government in providing services to the public. It is also in line with Goal 16, which focuses on creating a society with peace, justice and strong institutions. Developing skills in preparing official documents will help make government administration transparent, systematic and enhance good governance in the organization.

This training not only helps develop the potential of government personnel, but is also an important part in raising the quality of management in the government sector to be more efficient, which is in line with the vision of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University as a learning center for sustainable social development.
