The Finance Division of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Holds Business Plan Implementation Meeting to Foster Shared Understanding and Enhance Internal Management Efficiency

     On Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Finance Division of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University held a meeting on business plan implementation at the Chorkaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31. The meeting was honored by the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Khomsan Somanawat, Vice President for Administration, who served as the chair and delivered a special lecture providing insights into the procedures and approaches related to business plan operations. The aim was to foster a shared organizational understanding and promote effective collaboration aligned with the university’s strategic objectives.

     During the meeting, Dr. Montri Sairojrungruang, Director of the Finance Division, provided clarifications on relevant matters and opened the floor for participants to ask questions, share opinions, and discuss challenges and obstacles. The session also included conversations on ways to improve and develop financial processes to align with the university's policies and direction. The atmosphere of the meeting was constructive and open.

     Participants included university administrators, financial and accounting officers, procurement officers, and policy and planning analysts from all university departments. This reflects strong collaboration and integration across the organization, aiming to enhance systematic and efficient internal management.

     This meeting aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: "Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions," by focusing on developing an internal management system that promotes good governance, transparency, and accountability. It also supports SDG 17: "Partnerships for the Goals" by fostering internal cooperation networks, leading to effective and sustainable joint operations.
