Finance Division, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Enhances Personnel Capacity with “Professional Document and Correspondence Management” Training (Batch 4), Aligning with SDGs

BANGKOK – The Finance Division, Office of the President, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), continues to drive personnel potential and organizational management forward by organizing the training program "Enhancing Efficiency in Professional Document and Correspondence Management" (Batch 4) from July 4 to 5, 2026, at Trang Hotel, Bangkok.

The objective of this training is to improve the document management system, official correspondence, and the electronic document system to ensure accuracy, speed, standardization, and error reduction in operational workflows—a crucial key to driving the university's performance toward maximum efficiency.

Furthermore, this initiative emphasizes alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across three key dimensions:

SDG 4: Quality Education – Promoting lifelong learning by upskilling and reskilling personnel to elevate operational competencies in the digital era.

SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production – Supporting the transition toward an electronic document management system (e-Saraban) to promote a paperless environment and optimize resource and energy consumption.

SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions – Strengthening the institution through a transparent, accountable, standardized, and highly efficient correspondence management system.
